Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hometown Rivalry. Because we are both the designer and manufacturer of our products, all orders are made-to-order. This means delivery times include production, processing, and carrier shipping. Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Production Times (Made-to-Order)

  • All products are custom manufactured once your order is placed.

  • Standard production time is typically 4 weeks depending on order size, customization, and current demand.

  • Large team or tournament orders may require additional time. We will provide estimated timelines during order confirmation.


2. Order Processing

  • Once production is complete, orders are packaged and prepared for shipment.

  • Processing typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We use Shopify Shipping (with carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and ClickShip to purchase labels and ship orders.

  • Shipping costs and available options are calculated at checkout.

  • Carrier delivery estimates provided at checkout refer to transit time only and do not include production or processing times.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.


4. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available from our facility in Port Perry, Ontario at no extra cost.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup and instructions for scheduling.

  • Orders must be collected within 14 days of pickup notification unless alternate arrangements are made.


5. International Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping.

  • Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Hometown Rivalry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Shipping times vary by destination. Please allow extra time for international orders to arrive.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Hometown Rivalry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist you with the process where possible.
