At Hometown Rivalry, quality, care, and customer satisfaction are at the core of our playbook. Because nearly all of our products are custom-made or manufactured to order, all sales are final. Please review the details below.
Final Sale Items

All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes custom orders, team orders, accessories, bodysuits, and intimates.

Please use our sizing charts before ordering. If you need help with sizing, contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to assist.
Defective or Flawed Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us at leanne@hometownrivalry.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Out-of-Stock or Backorder Situations

Occasionally, due to stock level discrepancies, we may need to cancel and refund an item. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.

Preorders or backordered items may ship separately.
Substitutions

In the rare event of a stock issue, Hometown Rivalry reserves the right to substitute an item with a similar product of equal or greater value.
